Through sheer passion for the actors involved i've been trying to fix as many issues as I can find with these voices.

due to the rushed production schedule these voices are full of audio errors such as missing music sound effects and more. In 2012 The Silent Hill 3 Console Port came with new voices recorded at PCB productions in L.A. If you want to use this mod with the Silent HIll 3 Audio Enhancement Pack put this mod BELOW that mod using drag and drop and you'll be fine ^_^ For installation instruction see installation instructions.txt and for version info see changelog.txt. Important software required is provided in the prerequisites folder.
This mod uses Reloaded II which started out as a mod loader for Sonic Heroes but has since branched out into supporting everything and the creator has created multiple useful plugins such as the AFS Redirector which allows this mod to work as well as it does while keeping the size small. This mod also includes the video files from the HD port with the new VO (They were actually 4:3 at the proper Aspect Ratio, unlike Silent Hill 2 HD)
This is only version 5.8.6 and there is more to come which will focus on fixing the audio goofs that were made during production.
